I have begun to regularly follow several blogs of other mothers. Since I’m back to work full time— I think this is how I get my play group, aka hearing other mothers share their experiences with their babies fix!
Well… today I read on one mother’s blog this “Pay It Forward” idea. It was super simple: Sometime during this next month, send something handmade to the first three folks that respond to this post. I think I was an instant fan of this idea because of my love of personal mail and care packages (I had lots of penpals as a child and can you believe it…I got a care package once a week, every week I was in college! Thanks Mom!)
So I’m in! I am super excited about the idea of making 3 people’s day special by surprising them with a small something in the mail. Only catch…those someones need to do the same. Perhaps create a similar post on your blog, facebook page, or whatever vehicle makes the most sense in your life.. but for the first 3 folks that respond to you, you need to pay it forward!
