At five months old, Sophie’s favorites things include:
- Looking at herself in the mirror (as seen above)
- Rolling from side to side and dangling limbs outside of her crib
- Sleeping in late (no doubt necessary because she was up much of the night playing in her crib)
- Pulling and analyzing Mom’s hair
- Watching her fancy new mobile
- Sucking on her toes during diaper changes (so cute!)
- Pushing her lips together and making zerbert/spitting sounds
- Jiggling to music (preferably sung by Dad)
- And of course, sucking her thumb (though not as frequently as before)
Not so favorite things include:
- Being put to bed at night
- Sleeping during the night (the dark and quiet early morning hours are most conducive for her sneak attacks on Bear!)
- Getting her nose cleaned
