“The Hefer” - Last night Danae entered another Iron Cupcake event. This month’s secret ingredient was beer. At first she was stumped, but inspiration struck in the form of “The Hefer” - Hefeweizen three ways: lemon beer batter, beer syrup, and beer foam whip cream. The cupcakes are actually excellent and the faint taste Hefeweizen pairs well with the sugar lemon cake. This is a cupcake that Homer Simpson would be proud to know!
