4 Week Birthday; Tricks and Doctor's visit
Sophie has grown to 22 inches and now weighs 9.5 pounds!
She can suck her own thumb and lets her Dad feed her with a bottle!

1 big week of visits down, 1 to go.
Sophie had a big second week of life. She had a photo shoot last week (with a professional, not her dad). She gained 1 belly button and lost 1 umbilical cord. Its an “innie”. She met her grandparents, grand aunt, and great grandmother. She meet several of her HeadsUp 7up Aunts and Uncles and continued exploring the city through day adventures with her Mom.

Middle Name Explained
So many people are wondering what Sophie’s middle name, Adei, actually means. Well her Papa is the one guilty for finding it. Originally, the name sounded attractive because it is of Basque decent. It is originally a Basque male name, but Danae and I decided to make it Androgynous. Here are more reasons why we think its cool name:

Chris: Yes. This time it was just a wet diaper.
Danae: I wonder how many diapers we are actually using. I wonder if 80/ week from the diaper service is enough?
Chris: We should count them.
Danae: (with a look of scorn at our used diaper hamper) I am not going through that thing to count them! That's disgusting.
Chris (with look of "are you serious?"): Well, I was hoping that I could count the unused diapers to see how many we had left...
